E.1. Public awareness and dissemination work with general public

The main task of this action is to introduce the Bittern, element of the invisible biodiversity, to the general public and explain the needs of Bittern, not that different from human needs, – clean water, nice mosaic landscape, little disturbance and good food, and all this can be provided by wetlands. The communication methods include:
  • Open air exhibition
  • Movie about Bittern and ecosystem services
  • Booklets
  • Articles in media, Twitter communication
  • Bittern listening events
